Who is Eligible for Dental MediSave in 2026?

You must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
You should be at least 18 years old.

Dental Treatments That Are Not MediSave-Claimable

How to Submit MediSave Claim

Important documents to bring:

NRIC or other valid identification (e.g. passport, driving license)
Completed Medical Claims Authorisation Form (provided at the clinic)

1. Inform the Clinic Early

When you book your appointment, let the clinic staff know you’re using MediSave. They’ll guide you through the process and ensure everything is done correctly.

2. Bring the Required Documents

Bring your NRIC for ID verification. You’ll need to fill up a Medical Claims Authorisation Form (MCAF) during your visit, and log in to your Singpass to check if you have enough balance. Alternatively, you can bring a printed copy of your MediSave Statement of Account for verification.

3. Claim on Your Behalf

Once everything is ready, the clinic will submit the MediSave claim for you. After processing, you’ll receive a MediSave Claims Statement with the amount deducted.

You only need to pay the balance after the claim has been processed.
