Education & Achievements
Dr. Serene earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2004 and a Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology in 2011 from the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Dentistry. She has published two research papers on tooth-coloured filling materials in collaboration with NUS, and has presented internationally on improving patient safety protocols for dental extractions.
Qualifications & Memberships
Dr. Serene is SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) certified by the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), reflecting her commitment to minimising patient and environmental exposure during amalgam removal. She is also trained in the use of Biodentine and integrates it as a cornerstone of her biocompatible restorative practice.

Dr. Serene practises with a holistic philosophy, selecting materials that are biocompatible and work in harmony with the body. Her clinical interests include mandibular advancement device for sleep apnea and dental implants. She approaches each treatment with the patient's whole-body health in mind, prioritising tooth conservation and minimising biological burden wherever possible.
Dr. Serene Wu is a general and holistic dentist fluent in English and Mandarin.
