Save yourself hours in the dental chair! We recommend the take-home kit that is easy-to-use, safe and effective. Within a few days, you will see a visible difference.

First, your teeth will be examined to see if you are suitable for this procedure. If for some reason you are not suitable for this treatment, alternative treatments will be discussed with you.

If teeth whitening is suitable for you, a mould of your teeth will be taken to make a thin, plastic, customised whitening tray.

Customised trays allow you to use the minimum amount of gel most effectively, with no mess! You will be shown how to dispense the tooth-whitening gel into the tray and wear the tray over the teeth. Wearing the tray is quite comfortable, simple and inconspicuous.
The tray and gel just needs to be worn for about 30-60 minutes a day — wear it while watching your favourite TV show! There may be some transient sensitivity to cold water but this can be managed.

It is advisable to return to the clinic for brief reviews to monitor your progress.
