Dr. Surinder Arora takes a biological and holistic approach to healthcare and carries out dental procedures including scaling and polishing, gum care, getting you out of pain, restoring broken teeth, removal of teeth, Invisalign and myofunctional therapy. She also works with dental ceramics, removes wisdom teeth and places dental implants. She is SMART certified by the IAOMT and has undergone further training in nutrition and various aspects of biological dentistry.
Dr. Arora always puts patients at the centre of her care and is an approachable and friendly individual making patients feel comfortable in the dental setting. Her caring and warm demeanour make her popular with patients. As past Vice President of the SDA Oral Health Awareness Committee, she is a firm believer in preventative dentistry. She is excellent at managing anxious and nervous patients restoring confidence to individuals and is trained in IV sedation with the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia (SAAD).
She graduated from dental school in the UK and has passed the MFDS examination with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh with experience across multiple UK hospitals under oral surgery and restorative dentistry faculties as well as in general practice across the UK and Singapore.
Out of the clinic, she volunteers her time on the SDA Ethics and Welfare committees as well as to projects both overseas and in Singapore. Dr. Arora is an advocate for wellness and teaches kundalini yoga and mindfulness. She is a certified Health Coach with a pending MSc in Public Health and enjoys writing for various publishers.
